Rules

Rules are subject to changes by admins at any given time if deemed necessary.

All teams will be required to physically come and register at the admin table in order to show that they are present and ready on friday.

• Tournament registration will closed on Friday February 8th at 11:59PM EST.
• Tournament starts on Saturday, February 9th at 9:00AM EST.
• Each team must choose a captain responsible for the communication with the admins.
• The admins will communicate with the captains through discord for the duration of the tournament.
• Before each match, every team must check in at the admin desk. They will then get the server name and password to join the game.
• Teams have 10 minutes to join the game after check-in, if no extraordinary circumstances allow more than 10 minutes to join.
• A team can consist of 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 players.
• In the case that a player(s) disconnects during a match, the team is allowed to continue to play the match at a disadvantage.
• The admins will input all the results of each match. If anything is unclear, participants should have screenshots available to verify the result and inform the admins.
• If the result of a match was incorrectly reported, your team has 15 minutes to protest by contacting the admins (Discord channel or at the admin desk). Teams are responsible for providing proof of match results in case of disputes.
• Each player may only use their own account.
• Each team is allowed to recruit a ringer, he must be registered in your team before the event.
• Any disputes must be brought up to an admin.
